(Chrysopogon zizanioide from India) The
oil is obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction of vetiver roots. This rare extraction is a top note (!) and makes it possible for the perfumer to place the gorgeous earthy and precious wood notes of vetiver at the opening of perfume. A very special vetiver: soft, warm, rich, full of notes of grass and wet soil, and no bitter back notes.
